Ms. Leah Baker is the Director of the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Office of Small Business Programs. MSC’s mission is to provide assured logistics, strategic sealift, and conduct other specialized missions at sea in support of Navy and joint global operations. She has over 15 years of specialized experience in Navy acquisitions.
She advocates for maximum opportunities and participation of small business utilization within MSC acquisitions and serves as the Chief Advisor on all small business matters to the MSC Commander. She is responsible for small business acquisition policy, strategic initiatives, small business outreach, and small business subcontracting programs.
